A refreshing Bollywood movie. Openly talks about dysfunctional families. At the end of the day regardless of how messed up families are - and they can be pretty messed up, they are, after all family. I love how the women were portrayed as mere mortals. Mothers who make mistakes but also acknowledge them.

This movie hit all the right notes. Relatable character (very). Relatable struggles with a child who pushes boundaries. Indeed, I too have an extremely supportive husband (and,like Prashant, does his part). This movie was such a a breath of fresh air in being able to air out that women all over the world - not just India - face similar problems of feeling torn between their passion and family. There is signs of change in the air and for this I am hopeful. Thank you Ashwiny Iyer Tiwari for making such a much needed movie on this topic.
