The Urban Shaman

Excellent storytelling with powerful cinematography. There was a nice mix of humor, intrigue, suspense, drama, and supernatural themes, which would make this movie difficult to pigeon-hole in a particular genre. But this makes Border wholly original and refreshingly so. It did have it's share of grossness, which might be cringe-worthy for more sensitive viewers. But these fleeting moments lent themselves well to the larger dramatic themes that are relatable to the human condition. I'd really like to see it again.
