Even with 71 ping and below, you can shoot someone dead on, 3 times, when they had a SLIVER of HP left- and it did 0 dmg. This happens all the time. It does not even count anything you did. Total trash, a bunch of 10 year olds that moan and be weird on mic chat.
Not a single person using any sort of S.W.A.T tactics.
