Personally, it would be a 4.5, but I think it's not possible with the review system here. Hananoi-kun, personally, is the most healthy boundary relationship in a shojo I have seen in recent times. Despite the leads having their own issues (even more so with titular character), they try to navigate their relationship one step at a time. I know Hananoi gets a bad rep for being a little too yandere at times, but he has been more attentive to his personal feelings. Growth is slow, but he has learned boundaries with Hinase. I really like how Morino-sensei writes her characters (secondary and extra characters feel very relatable and organic).
There may be other shojo reads out there that might be healthier in dynamic, but I stuck with this series because of every character's personal growth.
