3.5/5 While not one of my favorites I still enjoyed Kamen Rider Zi-O. I enjoyed the tributes to past Kamen Rider series, loved the concept and implementation of Another Rider monsters as well as the designs that made them look like a more monstrous counterpart of their original, and enjoyed the main protagonists of Sougo, Geiz, and Woz and how they became to rely and trust one another. I especially loved Woz's character and his need to proclaim Sougo's brilliance as the overlord. But the series is not without its failings. I didn't really find the villain's to be that interesting, one of the main protagonists lost backstory felt repetitive and cliched at points, and while it had a promising first episode the continuing story felt like a mess.
