I enjoy watching Texas Reporter, although I'm in South Carolina. I was watching the show about the Flag Store, and was so proud to see this!! So proud of our American Flag, and state flags. Wish all our youth could have seen this show, especially the way to retire our flag. As a child my Elementary School closed and I would help box up books, equipment, etc to be shipped out. My Principle ask me to join him in burning the Flag that all students had took turns raising and lowering each school day. I asked him if I could keep the flag, and he let me keep it. It stayed folded for over 40 years, till I had it framed. The old flag, with 48 stars is hanging in my house now, and I'm so proud!!! My mother told me one time, it might have been the same flag she had in school when she was a child? Thank you for a wonderful show!! God Bless, Rita Burgess
