I wish I could give this game ZERO stars! I have been a Farcry fan since the very first one as basic as it was. 2 was a complete failure. 3, 4 and 5 were all amazing in my opinion. New Dawn was ok, but this new installment is New Dawn on an island. PLaying with real guns that could be amazing, but when you attached the top half of a plastic bottle you get a silencer that lasts 3 shots is stupid! Yes it is open world, but you no longer get to choose where you go and what you do. The game forces you to go on missions where before you could go on missions, do side tasks or just hunt on your own. You have to still pick up junk and make your own weapons, like your a homeless bum building a sniper rifle! Its all with spanish accents which I am sure someone will eventually complain about and makes it hard to understand at times. This is more like a Mexican Movie with a slow and weak crocodile that gets cant even attack a single person without dying as your "buddy" than a game and not what one would have come to expect from Farcry. I played 3, 4 and 5 twice start to finish so I could see all endings, that is how good they were, this one if I played one more moment I was gonna toss it across the room. The game is annoying and terrible! I wish I never bought it! If this is what we can come to expect in the future with the next one, this monumental failure I will put my money elsewhere. Steer clear of this game if you value your money at all!
