If you're a fan of sitcoms then this show is a treat for you. It has every element that a sitcom fan could ever imagine. It's smart, it's funny and the characters are one of a kind. What can I say about Steve Carell? He's ineffable. The 20 minutes of your time is totally worth it. Unlike Parks & Recreations you can re-watch this show multiple times. Spoiler Alert: The series hit the road bump and started going down the hill as soon as Steve Carell left. Still I would say this is the best sitcom of all time coz it's different than the others.

Skins! First of all, it's relatable. Either you did something one of the characters did, or had a friend just like one of them. The topics covered by the show were things every teen faces....like school, grades, popularity, peer pressure, drug use, and sex. In addition, the actors on the show were great! Quite a few have gone on to do other projects, and be very successful. The show definitely holds up. Easily one of the best show! :)
