Spielberg provides a wonderful uplift to the original. Cinematography is excellent. As is the choreography. Making it an excellent cinematic experience. Ansel Elgort (Baby Driver) and Rachel Zegler as Tony and Maria are refreshing in the lead roles. Some of the songs are sequenced in different places to the original but Spielberg retains so much of the feel of the original.
