I had high hopes, but they fell flat. The premise I get, but the execution... left alot to the imagination. Pun intented.

This show proves that they killed off all the black people and left the last one as their cook. With the idea that is his - when all the administration is white and no love to keep him in his place. Keep the blacks separate and alone. Lynching mind set at its finest.

I liked the show until the later episodes when she finds out about her dad. She was empathic and kind until she turn into a raging brat and deserved to be wiped out from the show. Her like her father both learned of their relations quickly and surprisingly and instead of finding empathic involvement with her father she castigates her father for being a selfish prick...(which he did nothing wrong to her and never gave her father the opportunity) when she's doing the same to others in her own life. Instead of being the level headed girl she's been depicted to be in the books...she becomes a "me,me,me" girl...I lost all respect for this character. Maybe this character is more so for this generation, but not from mine.
