Ok, I Get It. The Movie Is For Kids, But The Animation Budget Is Very Low, And Just Sucks. The Movie Promotes 2020 Topics And Dirty Jokes Kids Don't Get Probably. While The Kids Are At It, Go Watch R-Rated Movies Like Sausage Party For Dirty Jokes. My Final Words Are: THIS MOVIE IS HORRIBLE.

Description Of The Movie Spoils It All. Shaggy Is Growing Up In 2020 And They Should Have Put Him Growing Up In At Least The Mid 80s Or Late 70s. But They Still Make Him Grow Up In 2020, Which Really Sucked. The Trailer Spoiled Half The Movie, Which I Have Waited Since Early Fall Of 2019 To Watch This Movie. My Review Comes To The Final Conclusion That This Movie Is Horrible.
