A nostalgia baiting checklist that retcons both prior movies and the tie in books and novels. It also caters to the worst of critics by sidelining Kelly Marie Tran and underusing Adam Driver who carries the emotional weight of the film. Disney kept saying the sequel trilogy was.plotted out. Um if this is your 3 arc plot please go back to writing school. It sets up things it doesnt carry through and it tells, it doesn't show. Nothing pays off. It reads like a side quest in a fetch game. What a waste of talent.

lyrical, brilliant, vibrant Such strongly drawn characters and compelling narrative

Really funny and their banter was adorable and cute. It felt true to life and sweet.

Not a likeable character but truly compelling. The sets and costumes are gorgeous and the main actress is incandescent.
