I ordered an Away carry on and a small bag for my 7 year old for her birthday. I was disappointed when the small bag arrived and the carry on did not. I waited until last week to contact Away and asked for assistance. I haven’t heard anything from the company. I’m disappointed and I didn’t have the gift for her birthday. At this point I would not recommend them due to poor customer service. Perhaps this is not common, but it happened to me and I I hope others don’t have the same experience.
