TLDR. MH fans will be hella disappointed. Gamers who haven't played the game but knows what a huge game this is will have WoW flashbacks. Casual gamers will not like it. Anime fans will be like "Where is Truck-kun in this Isekai!" Non Gamer friends dragged to the theatres by their gamer friends will no more be friends. Normal movie fans would think "rather watch reruns of Kong and Godzilla than this".
