I've watched them all. It's quirky. I like quirky. But if you had seen him having a curry and with his boss it would lose the magic. If Greg is being himself so what? He's a gentle giant with a dry humour and totally boring life. I get that. He's proud of his job and it's brilliant. It's dark, sad, funny and brilliant. Not everyone's cup of tea. Mine though. More please vicar!

Some might not like it. I enjoyed it.

I enjoyed it. But I was in the mood for not too deep, not too long. This filled that gap. I like the mix of the group.

Was surprised how good this was. But it's Paul Abbott so should not really be surprised. Like the cast, the team and the feel of this. Good show.

I thought don't enjoy it as much as books, but it gets better and better. Watched 5 times already during lockdown. I think secretly we girls all want a Jamie Fraser.

I liked the cast, so agreed to watch one episode and watched them all back to back. Was involved in their stories. Loved it. Locations were lovely too.

It has changed a lot of the settings, made it an estate and the garden is enormous. How can they hear Julie Walters calling when they are miles away? Nobody looks after any of the garden either. Did not see any of Dickon's animals or family. Favourite version 1975 BBC.

Pay attention. Watched 1st two series. It is cross and double cross. But intriguing.

Starts slow, need to read the subtitles but once you do that it is a very atmospheric show. Always wet or misty, or it's dark a lot. Good if you enjoy this kind of thing.
