It is better than the previous films but still lacks enough simplicity in order to just sit back & casually enjoy a story. Like the rest of the trilogy you need to really pay attention in order to fully follow who is who & why is why. Unfortunately the character accents make it a bit more difficult & in a theater we can't hit a rewind button. I think this is why that even though this movie got better ratings it didn't do as well at the box office . We already know its going to take more patience. Most of us really just want to sit back & be able to shift our eyes off the screen for some popcorn at times. Will be much better appreciated at home in my opinion.

It was alright. There were only slight "Evil Dead" similarities. This could have been a standalone demon possession movie. It had some great moments but equal part dull moments in comparison to the original franchise.

Quite possibly the best action movie ever made. Not only do we get the VERY best of JW, we get a mix of some other familiar formulas. Blend in a little "Sin City", w/ a pinch of "Fast & Furious", & a dash of "The Warriors" (1979). Top it all w/ an almost "Expendables" equivalent casting. Wow, I was almost teary eyed by this movie's perfection! All the Easter eggs were a nice touch as well. ....will there be a Chapter 5? Despite what the common viewer might initially think, keep in mind this movie was written by a creative mind. See you in the next one Mr. Reeves! 😉
