I have heard about this series for awhile. (Full disclosure I am LDS and am often wary of what kind of depictions of the Savior are produced.) Finally my 17yo son and I decided we would check it out one Sunday afternoon. At first we were a little like, "This is not like other (LDS) interpretations we have seen." But we were intrigued, and then before we knew it we were pausing to grab our scriptures and look up things we thought we knew but wanted to double check. It was Awesome!! It is so engaging with the development of it all! Casting is so ON, acting is fab! Just Everything! Short story, we binged watched the whole season in one day!! We are so excited for the next season to be finished but just as excited to watch this season again and again!! Thank you for such a job well done!
