The slam-bam, fast pace is a tough one to follow. How about slowing the whole thing down so there’s a chance to absorb some of the stuff. The show is like a music video. And the trailers...many times worse.

I have watched just ten minutes of one episode, but had to say it’s good to see Sarah act like a wife rather than a strict slave driver. Nice to see both of them unafraid to have themselves shown to be so vulnerable. So far I’ve learned zilch about construction, but it’s a harmless diversion

This is my new favorite show, based on the personalities of the host couple as well as on the step-by-step approach taken, showing all aspects of the remodel. The homes are gorgeous when complete. It’s a relief to find a show that doesn’t use a fake crisis to heighten the drama and hosts who don’t talk down to the clients. Also they go easy on the ribbing of one abother, which ruins most if these shows for me. Winner in my book
