Something very interesting to watch after such a long time. It was unexpectedly good. A bit dramatic, yes. But what isn’t and that drama adds up to the amazing direction along with the superb talent the protagonist holds! Moreover viewers may first perceive (as I also did) it to be related to showing of dark magic or so many spells and drama of witches’ traditions or smokey/foggy overall view but IT IS SERIOUSLY NOT THAT!!! It is really a treat to eyes to see how a mutant is surviving the cruelty of the world where he gets attached to the other protagonist. So I am eagerly waiting to see how their relationship unfolds given the fact that the witcher is destined to be with someone else! *waiting for the next season desperately*
