Who tf cares about historical accuracy on a movie that’s not a documentary. That’s like complaining call of duty is historically inaccurate. This movie excels in what it’s supposed to: action and gore packed combat. Really fun to watch with bros after a long week.

I enjoyed this film quite a lot. The battle scenes were action packed and realistic. It didn't portray the U.S as this invincible force that would slaughter the Japanese but rather it showed the uphill battle the U.S faced against a superior opposition. Yes I agree that the visuals weren't the greatest such as some reflections looking very cartoonish. Also I do see how some people unfamiliar with the events before and during Midway might not fully understand some scenes(Doolittle raid). But these don't ruin the movie at all. It is still an excellent movie and worth a watch.

Pretty good movie considering it was made in china. Plot was solid and contrary to The Verge, I couldn't find any holes in it but then again those imbeciles can't even put a PC together.¯\_(ツ)_/¯

It was really boring. Some might argue that its historical and therefore should be boring but apollo 13 is historical without being boring.
