I have watched kanchana in both Tamil and Kannada. ("Laxmii 2020" is a remake of South Indian "Kanchana"). Sorry to say, Akshay Kumar's acting is utterly disappointing and Screenplay is pathetic. 1st half is literally harassing but movie picks up in the 2nd half. Beyond all this, Movie sends out a good message to society that Transgenders to be treated with respect and dignity. But I didn't understand what was the need to name AK as Asif in the movie. It seems nothing but a way to manipulate Indian audience and mint the money.... Disgusting ...
