Excellent so far, 4 episodes in, although I do agree with another reviewer that episode 3 was far less entertaining that the others (hence only 4 stars) possibly because merc Marc, who dominated this episode, is for me, (currently) a much less engaging character than London Steve (and give him a break on his accent, who ever gets a foreign ‘regional’ accent 100% correct, apart from Dick Van Dyke. His is pretty good. No doubting where he’s meant to be from and Marvel aren’t exactly known from deviating far from the Sean Connery school of acting accents I.e. the eternals or black widow and even Khonshu and his up-state Egyptian accent). Moon knight is a lovely mix of influences, cultures and genres and Ethan Hawke is playing a fantastically creepy nemesis . Very much looking forward to episode 5 and perhaps finding out who is the third persona (Jake?) who could make Marc look like a candidate for a Nobel.

Fantastic (voice) cast including the 3 (main) additions. Probably even funnier than the original. My 10 year old daughter and I were hoping they hasn’t shown all the best jokes in the trailer. No worries, they had plenty left over, especially for the rocking’ finale. Families are complex but funny. I think we both laughed out some tears towards the end. Looking forward to watching it with the whole family when it comes out on line or on dvd. If it’s a criticism, sometimes, when films have so much going on and so many jokes it can feel like a workout and hard to sustain for the whole duration (deadpool2 made me feel exhausted afterwards as well but perhaps it was just a sugar rush) but also means you see new stuff on the follow up watches. The easy path isn’t always the most rewarding. Go see for your self. A great few hours of escapism and laughter.
