A melancholy tale of a man who has reached the end of his imagination. Clooney tells sad stories with his voice in a word or exclamation. He meets a little girl in his abandoned observatory who can't or won't talk, but accompanies him as he goes about his business trying to communicate with returning space missions sent to determine if there's a habitable replacement for a catastrophically ruined Earth.

Well written , superbly acted, photographed, recorded, &edited. Just good. You won't regret time invested in this miniseries.

Deeply charming & gently funny. Very fine acting and singing &dancing throughout! I had no idea Peter Gallagher could sing so well.I hope their budget supports all the song clearances needed. I'll definitely watch the series.
