First of all, I'd like to say that this is not the 'typical' K-drama that audiences are usually habituated with. So there will be many who might find this drama to be 'slow' and 'depressing'. However, once you fall in love with this drama, there is no looking back. The slowness and mundane life is the beauty of this drama. For me, My Mister is one of a kind and probably there won't be another like this. The characters, their dialogues and the emotions they portray- are phenomenal and unforgettable. This drama is like reading a novel that tells the bitter-sweet reality of our lives. This drama has become a part of my life. Finally, Lee Sun Kyun - you will always be remembered through your art. Thank you for giving us a charcter like Park Dong Hoon. Rest in Peace.

I'm writing this review right after finishing this drama series. For me, this is one of the best Korean drama series on Netflix. It didn't feel like watching a drama, rather it felt like I was living with these people. Each and every story had something relatable and showed that at the end everything works out for the better. "We were not born to suffer or feel miserable. We must be happy."- the drama ends with this quote. Hands down, one of the best out there. ..
