Countdown used to be a good quiz show. It has sadly morphed into the Colin Murray show, now the quiz is overshadowed by Colin’s relentless sparkling personality. He constantly interrupts Susie Dent, monopolises celebrity guests and even bugs Rachel Riley. Could we have a regular guy presenter rather thsn one who is always ready to sparkle and dazzle. I feel he is saying, “It’s all about me.”

A really interesting programme which is very badly cut. A major item about a British Station is broken by a short item on a foreign one. Often there is overlap and repeat. So what would be an interesting programme is chopped up into short broken sections with very very long commercial breaks. Very unprofessional. Martin Porter
