I loved ABC World News. I was hooked after watching Peter Jennings. Now it seems that the program just glosses over things. If this is a "world news" program, why hasn't anyone mentioned the death of the first democratically elected president of Egypt on Monday? Egypt is 6 or 7 hours ahead of EST depending on the change of time after Daylight Savings. Given that Morsi died attempting to defend himself in court proceedings during daytime hours, ABC had plenty of time to produce a story for the evening news. I'm really starting to become disappointed with a program I loved as I have been finding out I missed out on several issues after seeing them pop up on Google appearing with links to the BBC, NBC, CNN, etc. but not ABC. You are falling behind!
