Inside Out and Back Again is a fantastic novel. It had great figurative language that definitely helped me as a reader to understand what was happening. And got your mind thinking. I also liked it because it’s realistic. When its realistic it makes the book more interesting because you think this is how some people lived during that time. One more thing that made the books so good is how the author made the characters somewhat relatable because we see Ha be frustrated a lot and has insecurities like the rest of us. Something that is related to my last reason is how the author made me feel strong emotions (anger, sadness, love, etc) towards the characters. Which I think contributed a lot to the book. Making it better than most books I read this year. However all I want to say now is please read this book if you can it was fantastic. You might not like to but I surely did.
