Fun to watch. Not an exceptional plot. Good supporting cast. Lots of action.
Now for the bad stuff. Olga Kurylenko took more punishment than any man or woman is likely to survive and yet only had a few well placed cuts. Imagine a big strong 235 lb guy wailing away on a 125 lb model who is 5’9” tall and she doesn’t even have any swelling. Is that realistic? And she is winning!!!!
In reality, one punch from the guy would put her down for good…hell, it would put ME down for good..and I am a hell of a lot bigger than she is.
Then there was the reference to the M-82 sniper rifle that shoots through body armor worn by the witness. The .50 BMG would most definitely penetrate body armor unless you were wearing a M-1 Abrams main battle tank. But this guy who was shot through the guts by this rifle, was able to run around afterwards like it was a flesh wound with a b.b. gun. Not only that but after we discover what he was shot with, I looked later on and it appears the M-82 morphed into a bolt action 7.62 x 51, probably an M-24. I didn’t know this was a transformer movie.
I liked Olga in Hitman and Centurion…she plays a great prostitute by the way but this movie was not her best, completely unrealistic.
