I personally LOVE Fairytail, and recommend it to all my friends! I love the characters and the humour in the show, as well as the emotions you get from watching it. The music is also amazing and spot on. However, I know Fairytail has a lot of haters because of the fact that a lot of the fights are pretty much won with the "power of friendship". To be honest, I can think of a lot of animes which also make the character power up during the fight(nvm this is like every anime actually). However, if you're someone who absolutely NEEDS an anime which is won solely by logic, I wouldn't recommend Fairy Tail to you.
