This is the best cookery show on TV. I watch it without fail every saturday morning. I flatly refuse to go out food shopping until its over. James explains everything so clearly. He is so charming, (no swearing!) His parents should be proud! His cooking is fantastic. I'm just about to make his blackened cod, and I love his kitchen and his huge clock !
