I have been in Management for 35+ years and have attended countless workshops, heard tons of speakers but have never learned anything that just wasn't common sense. I was given this book and thought-what could this young man possibly teach me? Boy, I was wrong!! Through reading this book I discovered I was actually in a rut. My industry has changed in the last 10 years and I was struggling to adapt and stay motivated. This was exactly the shot in the arm to get me recharged and reconnect with my employees. I highly recommend this book, even if you are not in a leadership role (or so you may think, as I learned) at work. It is great advice for your personal life as well. I am so glad I read this book and enjoyed all of the extra online tools he provided to help the reader. Excellent research was also put into this book, as well as inspiring stories that keep your interest. Bravo John Eades-I look forward to more of your work!
