With much of the CG anime/animation produced with Netflix of late having the same cookie cutter look/vibe, I had low expectations. I was blown away! The mixture of painterly cg backgrounds, characters, and beautifully choreographed fight scenes oozing with style, and compelling coming of age story from multiple characters, just wow. I didn't know much about LoL coming in, but now I want to play it! Season 2 can't come soon enough!
