It’s a fast paced movie without much of a plot. Main character, Howard, is a screw up with a capital S. He’s constantly robbing Peter to pay Paul. Then robbing Paul to pay John. He’s trying to stay one step ahead of his collectors, but seems to be running in place. Not much of a story here.
