I’ve watched this film to learn what I should avoid in my diet and learn more. Instead By then end of the film I was confused. I’ve researched how could eggs and milk could be as harmful as smoking 5 cigarettes. Insanely inaccurate, but I agree about the process food. In the states, the food that they give to the public are not healthy. Fast food or food at your nearest grocery store, those are processed and add extra chemicals. Organic stores and places that serve meat cut in a halal way are healthy (Halal meat is a way to not harm the animal while it’s alive).
I’ve strongly disagreed with this movie, and it’s very biased with vegan. Only I’ve agreed with is America’s problem with food. Other countries outside of the US, don’t have a huge problem with food, obesity, and diabetes.
Look at Asian countries for an example. Their diets consists of meat, and they have one of the lowest percentage of obesity and diabetes.
