Worth the watch. Binged watched the series in 2 days.

Very well written and touches on most issues wrt racial segregation. Loved the subliminal messages that I think most people missed. There’s much more into it about racial generational “curses” passed on over generations that this family is finally able to break. After doubting themselves and made to feel that they are crazy and not good enough for society. They eventually overcome that doubt and rise above the ashes!
