Personally I kinda hated it, I'ma be real witchu lol
Tone, acting, camera work, themes, all great.
Pace? Exceedingly slow at times for a 90min movie.
Loved certain parts of the writing and the nonlinear narrative, however I can't get passed all the ambiguity. There's wayyy too much curiousity left on the board for me to be satisfied. Especially following the effort of sitting through the culmination of like 12 damn stories wrapped in an enigmatic blanket of needless mystery.
The question of Michael vs Stellio showing up at the end is sweet, love that, but the rest???
Off the top of my head:
• What's really in the metal box and does Stevie want it for more than emotional reasons?
• Are Stevie and Michael not the same person?
• Or does Steve work for the same people Michael does? and if so, why didnt he help Mike ID the right bartender the first time seeing as they at least knew one another? Where was Stevie and why is he in the mix now?
• If the first murder happened a week ago then where have they been for a week?
• Is the drunk from the first bar even still alive? Or did he ever even exist?
• Also, why did the guy in the suit cut his hand? Did the drunk guy really relay that detail and if he did, why?
maybe he lied about it so he could describe his perspective quilt free. Idk. Like I said I wasnt a fan of this movie so much.
