Second Life ruined my relationship. We had been together for nearly 4 years and she began cancelling our plans - anniversary dinners, etc - because her avatar had a date or had to be at work. Maybe this wasn't necessarily the game's fault as much as hers but I will always hate and resent this game for what it caused.
