Today’s interview with Benjamin Netanyahu was awful. To allow that horrible person to have a platform on national tv to spout his propaganda is unconscionable. The moderator didn’t call him out after declaring the rocket attacks unprovoked, didn’t ask the prime minister why a mosque was attacked while people were at prayer, didn’t ask about the recent evictions in Jerusalem, didn’t press him about Jewish settlement in Palestinian areas over the years, and didn’t bother to ask about inequalities in Covid vaccine distribution. That type of softball treatment by journalists makes the US media complicit in his immoral conduct. May 16, 2021
