you would think for a movie made super recently you would know what topics to be careful with. First of all having a non autistic person playing an autistic person doesn't help with representation. Within the first 5 minutes of the movie that girl is basically black fishing and playing a super exaggerated version of someone who has autism. If you want to have a movie that is inclusive and shows representation, how about cast someone who is the person you're trying to represent.
