Being fans we enthusiastically looked forward to the series, but were so disappointed at the dramatic alteration of the storyline and characters at the beginning. It's target audience is definitely not the same as the original animated series, as you see some gore and drug use, and so much unnecessary profanity. I give the show 3 stars as it still manages to give you the vibes of the original one and somewhat redeems itself at the last episode.
