Rocky is pretty much Asterix the Gaul permanently on magic potion. Or rather a muscular, bearded Obelix who fell into the cauldron as a child.
Story has fight scene after fight scene - impress heroine - fight after fight - heroine impressed - fight again. Not one bad guy lands a blow. Maybe they can use guns but they trust 8th century weapons and 21st century hockey sticks. Well, what can you do - superheroes without costumes are the deceptive ones.
