The trailer really did the movie dirty by misdirecting the audience. I was honestly hoping for more sci-fi action/scenes but left disappointed. With the trailer, it does feel like the script just decided to swirl to a whole different direction due to difficulty in execution. Although there is nothing wrong with the ending being predictable, the movie seems to contradict the message it is trying to sell? Ultimately, there is no clear resolution to the lying issue that they decided to present, and the people who are trying to mend/tackle the illness is a child that was put in an awkward position and a PO that has the screen time of an average advertisement. I guess better not take your children to a road trip alone if you're suffering from any illness! Decent acting tho.
