Great movie and ita sad that it took so many years to become a film! 1983 world cup win was a historical moment in India and our lives and it changed the whole dimensions of cricket ( everyone knows now) . The event itself was not less than a movie and then creating it for the big screen should not require much efforts but sometimes its overdone. Its a great movie because its based on a historical moment amd achievement but still it would rank below many cricket or even sports movies e.g. Iqbal or Chak de!. For me Chak De will remain the best sports movie ever made and then Dangal!.Its not about the event but its about showcasing it at the big screen. With the hugeness of tha moment this movie should have been a blockbuster but its not. Nonetheless it was a great watch and I enjoyed watching it in a cinema theatre! There was joy emotions and tears as well! This moment has given me so many goosebumps that i cant even tell. Waitiygor JERSEY now!

Loose plot. Illogical throughout. Poor suspense. Total time waste. And above all the cast apart from Amit sial is rubbish.
