Ok I'm a newbie, I like flight sims but think this maybe tooooo hard. I downloaded and set up the "game " albeit on a low end laptop that had the min requirements and took so long to load . Once loaded the top tabs looked like windows , so many things to do. In the end it took so long that I decided to delete it. I am now forced to download the 76Gb onto my PC mean machine , hoping that it will be OK. Things I would like to know from you pro's are. Is this "Steam" thing the online mode with streaming. I assumed it was possible to play with just a mouse --- obviously not. There is nothing to tell you on any site what you need for this game except hardware. I have a joystick that I think will be ok (dont know about deadband). Which is another thing. Before deleting I was lucky enough to copy the Manuals PDF's to the desktop, why did DCS not made this available in there small setup files, would have made a lot easier. Money I suppose. Which of the addons in your opinions are the most worthwhile. Ok will leave it there for the time being and look forward to my next Mega-download.
