Such a terrible game, should have left it where it was in terms of nostalgia. Everyone wanted this to be remade so bad it lost it's touch. Graphics and size of midgard impressive so many beautiful scenes but ultimately the size of the exploration zones and what you could actually do was poor. Didn't take long to complete and left me wondering if this is the future for final fantasy I'm better off spending my money on other things. Open world dead! It was a good opening and set the original story up well, but for me there needed to be more gameplay instead of scenery. After I completed it it left me thinking is that it? Who really wants to replay the story over and over to get the best items? Certainly not me when the story was boring enough the first time round. Ultimately disappointing comeback in terms of gameplay but the cgi was impressive. 3/5

Boring, too slash em up style rpg instead of development and fantasy. Mechanics have moved away from the adventure and seems too mechanical as is with most games these days. Hard to recreate the fantasy and imagination needed to play games of yesteryears with today's graphics. In comparison it's like reading a book is as to watching a underfunded movie. The real life aspect is there but just lacking the wow and fun
