I read the Immortals of Meluha, which I enjoyed long back and thought I would like these books too. But I feel they are very misguiding about many characters especially a great king like Janak, who has been potrayed useless just to show the greatness of his wife. Same I feel is with some other characters. The story has been manipulated in many ways and this would not send good vibes to the younger generation about the strength of spirituality and for some one who is reading Ramayana for the first time.
Also, I strongly believe, the story doesn't necessarily require to be manipulated just to show Devi Sita's greatness. Her strength and greatness is already there in the original story if you can look for it keenly.
I was disappointed by Mr. Amish ji, and I am sorry.
