It is just ok. It is not really an adaptation of the books and to enjoy the show at all you can’t think of it that way. Too many characters and the motivations of the characters are changed (not to mention the actual events, timeline, and lore) for it to be judged as an adaptation of the books. That said its… ok. I guess. I don’t recommend it.
