So much good in this. My kids - both Dungeon Masters in the game online and with friends IRL - loved it as well. We caught the sneak peek today and were surrounded by lots of other D&D campaigners who seemed to enjoy themselves throughout (even heard sobbing during the climactic scene). Can you enjoy it as a non-player? Definitely yes, if you like comedies that incorporate action - fantasy-based or otherwise. Everyone shines here, there are a few notable cameos, and it jumps on to the master list of quotable comedies with both feet firmly planted. Hugely enjoyable (and when you eventually watch it at home, you will want to have your subtitles on for certain parts) and highly recommended. Walk in a straight line to see this one!
