This show is informative! If you ever why we March, why we’re outraged when one of ours is killed, and why we fell so strong about equality then watch this. It’s hard, crucial, and emotional. I’ve read many reviews of people arguing that these events are over exaggerated. Please read up on black magic. Most people will find this uncomfortable because they’ll have to look at them selfs in a mirror like reflection. Believe it or not similar situations like this still happens. My mother just recently went to look at a house in a pretty good area, mostly people of the Caucasian race. When they met the realtor at this house and got out the car they had a very similar reaction. My mother said when she came out of the house they were all outside just watching the house. Some were drinking beer some were sitting. In case you’re wondering, this happen 3 weeks ago. As bad as I want to tell her to forget about that town I also want to encourage all African Americans to pick up and move their!! To not be afraid, to fight back, to stand up for what’s right! We are equal!!! God should be the only one that’s held to a higher standard.
What sad about it is that people expect us to move on because it was “so long ago” I’m 29 years old. My grandmother lived through the time when she wasn’t able to vote. Let that sink in. Not my great great great grandmother. The one that lives around the corner! She too moved to Compton at a young age. And she DOES NOT share her stories because their too traumatizing.
