I know a lot of people are calling this a disappointment, but those are people who went into the game thinking it was gonna be as good as the first. the Last Of Us was a masterpiece of a game, and the sequel can’t compare, but if you ignore the big shoes the first game left to fill then it’s overall a great game. gameplay is fantastic and is similar to the first with some improvements, and the visuals are beautiful and make it seem so real. the only real issue is the story, it’s good and well written but also (SPOILER) what the hell? killing off Joel barely into the beginning of the game, when he’s the most valued and loved character of them all. and then making us continue to play as Abby, the girl who killed him? Not cool. Overall, gameplay is amazing and the story is interesting albeit aggravating at times. If you start it, thinking it will be as good as the first, you will be disappointed. approach it with an open mind and you will find it is still a high quality game. hope this review helped
